What is Toontown HD?

Toontown HD is a private server based of now close game: Toontown Online but HD texture and brand new features. The game allowed you to use commands but not commands that staff can only use. Toontown HD was created since 2015. It will become a big game when all of the game is settled and ready for a big release!
